Event Name : HOGs Ride for Drought Relief

10.30 am NWNSW HOG Members are to meet those HOG Members entering from the South at the Truck Drivers Memorial (Beside City Gate Fuel Station located first roundabout entering Tamworth)

We will collect rego money on sat
to log for the RD and your armbands will be at the pub on arrival

This Group of riders will proceed to Kootingal Pub via Back Kootingal Road – 18 minutes Ride

Others riders entering Tamworth from then East – will go straight to Kootingal Pub.
Where : Kootingal Hotel Kootingal at 12midday (Lunch)
Lunch (Buffet Lunch) menu to be confirmed – this will eliminate long wait times for riders. (each chapter is to provide numbers attending).

First 100 Club draw to be completed at Kooty Pub.

2pm – All riders will regroup On “Sandy Creek Road” and ride (small Thunder Run Back into Tamworth Via HWY

NWNSW Local Chapter members will wear Fluoro Vest’s and ride amongst riders in the event of any split and navigation issues??

Arrive 2.30 pm “The Pub” Car Park Gunnedah Rd Tamworth

Welcome to Tamworth Finalise Registration to event receive wrist bands, R & R at “The Pub" Gunnedah Rd Tamworth

3 pm Check into accommodation

4 pm Start Fund Raising Activities

Fund Raising Recipients Country Woman’s Association Disaster Relief Fund
Registration: $20 per head all FUNDS all proceeds to the FUND Bank Account TBA
Each Chapter to manage their registration and finalised at “The Pub” on arrival at 2.00pm approx. (event wrist bands for entry into the event??)

4pm Shuttle Bus from Motels to the venue,(Route and timings to be advised.) Gold coin donation to pay for bus.

4pm Arrive settle in Formal greeting from Host Chapter HOG HD CWA begin games and fund raising activities, 100 draw, coin toss, heads and tails Raffles and Auctions and generally enjoying each other’s company.

6pm Dinner order from the Hotel Menu

Theme is Country, Cowboys and Cowgirls.

8pm Live entertainment until 11pm. Jimmy Craz Band (Local Tamworth Trio Band)

12 midnight Closing time.

From 8.00am The Post Office Hotel,Tamworth for BBQ breakfast

11am Event done and dust and safe ride home. Keep the shiny side up and the rubber side down.
