Registration: $20 per head all FUNDS all proceeds to the FUND Bank Account TBA
Each Chapter to manage their registration and finalised at “The Pub” on arrival at 2.00pm approx. (event wrist bands for entry into the event??)

All Chapters to meet at Kootingal a small town 17km North east of Tamworth

Where : Kootingal Hotel Kootingal at 12midday (Lunch)

1.30pm Ride Brief for Group ride to Tamworth township for a lap of the town (Route to be advised)
Arrive 2pm “The Pub” Car Park Gunnedah Rd Tamworth
Welcome to Tamworth Finalise Registration to event receive wrist bands, R & R at “The Pub”

2.00pm -3pm Check into accommodation
4pm Shuttle Bus from Motels to the venue (Route and timings to be advised.)
4pm Arrive settle in Formal greeting from Host Chapter HOG HD CWA begin games and fund raising activities, 100 draw, coin toss, heads and tails Raffles and Auctions and generally enjoying each other’s company.
6pm Dinner order from the Hotel Menu
8pm Live entertainment until 11pm. Jimmy Craz Band (Local Tamworth Trio Band)
12 midnight Closing time.
Shuttle bus to Motels

From 8.00am The Kootingal Hotel Kootingal for BBQ breakfast at the Hotel
11am Event done and dust and safe ride home. Keep the shiny side up and the rubber side down
